🏆Prix de la Meilleure Communication Orale à 15th International Citrus Congress 2024 🏆
À l’issue de sa participation au Congrès international sur les agrumes " 15th International Citrus Congress 2024" , tenu du 10 au 15 novembre 2024 en Corée du Sud, Dr. Kaoutar Elfazazi a remporté le Prix de la Meilleure Communication Orale pour ses travaux de recherche sur la valorisation technologique des agrumes à travers l’extraction des pectines.
L'intitulé de la présentation est " Extraction and technological Analysis of Pectin from Citrus Peels (Citrus clementina): Optimization of yield extraction using Response Surface Methodology”.
Le congrès a connu un succès remarquable grâce à la participation de nombreuses universités et instituts de renom issus de plusieurs pays, notamment l'Australie, le Canada, les États-Unis, l'Espagne, la France, l'Italie, l'Inde, la Chine, le Japon et l'Égypte.
Félicitations au Centre Régional de Tadla pour cette distinction internationale bien méritée de Dr. Kaoutar Elfazazi, qui témoigne de la qualité des recherches menées par l'équipe Technologies Agroalimentaires du CRRA Tadla.

🏆 Best Oral Presentation Award at the 15th International Citrus Congress 2024 🏆
Following her participation in the 15th International Citrus Congress 2024, held from November 10 to 15, 2024, in South Korea, Dr. Kaoutar Elfazazi was awarded the Best Oral Presentation Prize for her research on the technological valorization of citrus through pectin extraction.
Her presentation was entitled: “Extraction and Technological Analysis of Pectin from Citrus Peels (Citrus clementina): Optimization of Yield Extraction Using Response Surface Methodology.”
The congress was a remarkable success, bringing together renowned universities and research institutes from several countries, including Australia, Canada, the United States, Spain, France, Italy, India, China, Japan, and Egypt.
