شارك المركز الجهوي للبحث الزراعي لتادلة-بني ملال في أشغال الورشة الجهوية للتشاور الترابي المنعقدة بمدينة بني ملال، من خلال الدكتورة كوثر الفزازي، المديرة الجهوية للمركز الجهوي للبحث الزراعي لتادلة-بني ملال، وذلك في إطار مسلسل إعداد الاستراتيجية الوطنية وخطة العمل الوطنية للتنوع البيولوجي (SPANB) للفترة 2026-2035، المنظمة من طرف وزارة الانتقال الطاقي والتنمية المستدامة بشراكة مع برنامج الأمم المتحدة الإنمائي (PNUD) ومرفق البيئة العالمي (GEF).
وتهدف هذه الورشة إلى تفعيل المقاربة الترابية في بلورة الاستراتيجية الوطنية للتنوع البيولوجي، عبر إشراك مختلف الفاعلين الجهويين والمؤسساتيين والعلميين ومكونات المجتمع المدني في تحديد الأولويات البيئية وصياغة مقترحات عملية تستجيب للخصوصيات المجالية.
وقد تضمن برنامج الورشة عروضاً حول الرؤية الاستراتيجية الوطنية للتنوع البيولوجي وأهدافها، إلى جانب تقديم حصيلة المشاورات الترابية السابقة، فضلاً عن تنظيم ورشات تشاركية خُصصت لتحديد وترتيب أولويات القضايا المرتبطة بالتنوع البيولوجي على المستوى الجهوي، واقتراح مشاريع وإجراءات مهيكلة لإدماجها ضمن خطة العمل الوطنية في أفق سنة 2035.
وفي هذا الإطار، ساهم المركز في تقديم مجموعة من المقترحات والمشاريع الرامية إلى المحافظة على الموارد الوراثية المحلية، وتثمين الأنواع النباتية والحيوانية المميزة لجهة بني ملال-خنيفرة، واستعادة النظم البيئية المتدهورة، وتعزيز قدرة المنظومات الفلاحية على التكيف مع التغيرات المناخية.
وأكدت مخرجات الورشة أهمية اعتماد مقاربة تشاركية ومندمجة تضمن تعبئة مختلف المتدخلين من أجل بناء رؤية مشتركة تسهم في حماية التنوع البيولوجي وتحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة.
كما تم التأكيد على الدور الاستراتيجي الذي يضطلع به المركز في مواكبة تنفيذ الاستراتيجية الوطنية للتنوع البيولوجي، من خلال إنتاج المعارف العلمية، وصون وتثمين الموارد الوراثية، وتطوير حلول مبتكرة ومستدامة تدعم المحافظة على التنوع البيولوجي وتعزز التنمية الترابية المستدامة بجهة بني ملال-خنيفرة.

Participation of the Regional Center for Agronomic Research of Tadla-Béni Mellal in the Regional Territorial Consultation Workshop for the Development of the National Biodiversity Strategy and Action Plan (NBSAP/SPANB) 2026–2035
The Regional Center for Agronomic Research of Tadla-Béni Mellal participated in the Regional Territorial Consultation Workshop held in Béni Mellal through the representation of Dr. Kaoutar Elfazazi, Regional Director of the Center. The workshop was organized within the framework of the development of the National Biodiversity Strategy and Action Plan (NBSAP/SPANB) 2026–2035 by the Ministry of Energy Transition and Sustainable Development, in partnership with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and the Global Environment Facility (GEF).
The workshop aimed to strengthen the territorial approach in the formulation of the national biodiversity strategy by engaging regional stakeholders, institutional actors, researchers, and civil society organizations in identifying environmental priorities and proposing actions tailored to regional specificities.
The event featured presentations on the national vision and strategic objectives for biodiversity conservation, as well as a review of the outcomes of previous territorial consultations. Interactive working sessions were also organized to identify and prioritize biodiversity-related challenges at the regional level and to propose flagship projects and actions for integration into the National Biodiversity Action Plan by 2035.
On this occasion, the Center contributed a number of proposals and territorial initiatives focused on the conservation of local genetic resources, the valorization of emblematic plant and animal species of the Béni Mellal-Khénifra region, the restoration of degraded ecosystems, and the enhancement of agricultural systems’ resilience to climate change.
The discussions highlighted the importance of adopting an inclusive and participatory approach that brings together all relevant stakeholders to build a shared vision for biodiversity conservation and the achievement of sustainable development goals.
The workshop also underscored the strategic role of agronomic research in supporting the implementation of the National Biodiversity Strategy and Action Plan through the generation of scientific knowledge, the conservation and valorization of genetic resources, and the development of innovative and sustainable solutions that contribute to biodiversity conservation and sustainable territorial development in the Béni Mellal-Khénifra region.
