Le Centre Régional de la Recherche Agronomique de Tadla- Béni Mellal adresse ses sincères félicitations à l’étudiante en doctorat Chaimae Elghouttaiss, dont la thèse a été sélectionnée parmi les cinq meilleures thèses finalistes dans la finale du concours « Ma Thèse en 1000 mots », organisé par l’ICESCO en partenariat avec l’Université Sultan Qaboos – Sultanat d’Oman et qui s’est classée quatrième lors du classement final.

📅 La finale s’est déroulée le mardi 17 décembre 2024 à l’Université Sultan Qaboos, Oman où l’étudiante a eu l’opportunité de présenter ses travaux devant un jury d’experts et d’universitaires.

📝 La thèse de Chaimae Elghouttaiss a été réalisée sous la direction de :

  • Dr. Kaoutar Elfazazi, Cheffe du CRRA Tadla – Béni Mellal, et Chercheure responsable du Laboratoire Qualité et Technologie Agroalimentaire – QualiPôle Alimentation de Béni Mellal – INRA.

     

  • Pr. Souad Salmaoui, Enseignante-Chercheure (PES) à la Faculté des Sciences et Techniques de Béni Mellal-université Sultane Moulay Slimane (USMS).

Le sujet de recherche porte sur la valorisation technologique de la grenade à travers le développement des procédés innovants de conservation du fruit par entreposage frigorifique.

Cet accomplissement représente une grande fierté pour le centre et témoigne de l’excellence de ses étudiants dans le domaine de la recherche et de l’innovation.

The Regional Center for Agronomic Research of Tadla (CRRA Tadla) warmly congratulates PhD student Chaimae Elghouttaiss, whose thesis was selected among the top five finalists in the general category of the “My Thesis in 1000 Words” competition, organized by ICESCO in partnership with Sultan Qaboos University – Oman and who ranked fourth in the final results.

📅 The final round took place on Tuesday, December 17, 2024 at Sultan Qaboos University, where the student had the opportunity to present her thesis before a jury of experts and academics.

📝 Chaimae Elghouttaiss conducted her doctoral research under the supervision of:

  • Dr. Kaoutar Elfazazi, Head of the CRRA Tadla – Béni Mellal, and Lead Researcher of the Agri-Food Quality and Technology Laboratory – QualiPôle Alimentation, Béni Mellal – INRA.
  • Prof. Souad Salmaoui, Professor-Researcher (PES) at the Faculty of Sciences and Techniques of Béni Mellal.

Her thesis focuses on the technological valorization of pomegranate fruit through the development of controlled preservation processes using cold storage.

This achievement is a source of great pride for the center and reflects the excellence of its students in research and innovation.
